Warranty and service
Warranty applies to:
- for lamps;
- luminaire housings;
- optical elements and other electrical components;
- elements for fastening, installing and connecting luminaires to the electrical network
Warranty Terms
The warranty is valid only in cases where the product was transported, stored, installed and operated in compliance with the manufacturer's requirements set forth in the product passport, technical specifications, installation and operation instructions, as well as those prescribed in the terms of delivery, the rules for the technical operation of electrical installations for consumers and other rules binding on the parties, which were additionally established under the agreements
Claims for changing the shades of painted surfaces and plastic parts of luminaires during their operation are not accepted, since such cases are not recognized as warranty
Fulfillment of warranty obligations
Upon receipt of a justified complaint, we accept faulty products in order to conduct a technical examination and make a decision based on the defect in our service center.
During the warranty period, in the event of a breakdown or defect, we will promptly repair or replace the equipment within the warranty obligations, and also assume the cost of shipping the repaired / replaced / replacement products.
After the end of the warranty period, we reserve the right to consider the complaint in order to decide on the replacement or compensation of the cost of equipment that was found not to meet the technical parameters.
Attention! After purchasing the product, please keep the document confirming the fact and date of purchase. It may be required in the event of a warranty claim.

Submitting claims for faulty equipment
Complaints (claims) for products under warranty are made within the warranty period, which is indicated in the passport of the finished product
Complaints must be submitted in the form specified in the contract. If the delivery was made under an invoice agreement, then it is necessary to prepare and send a complaint report (download) to the address info@h-t-l.ru
Consideration of complaints and fulfillment of obligations
We review each claim within 60 hours of receiving it
The deadlines for the replacement of defective goods are indicated in the response (Conclusion) to the complaint, taking into account its availability in our warehouse or production time
